OUR QUEST IS TO TRAIN IN THE GLORY OF OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST QUALIFIED, COMPETENT, CARING, HARDWORKING AND PIOUSLY SOUND NURSES FOR ZAMBIA AND BEYOND.

As a Catholic Training Institution: We believe that nursing is a humanistic science integrated with evidence-based nursing, which provides the basis of professional practice.

We also believe that students who undergo training use a systematic approach to collaborative care, which includes awareness of ethical, spiritual, social, cultural, and policy environments.

The faculty believes in modelling future leaders through an environment that is student-centred, innovative, dynamic, and flexible, and demonstrates this through their research and practice.
