Registered Public Health Nurses utilize research and epidemiological data to guide public health interventions and monitor program effectiveness. They participate in disease surveillance, outbreak response, and program evaluation. They deliver preventive, promotive, and rehabilitative public health services including immunizations, maternal-child health programs, and nutrition interventions. They plan and implement community health education campaigns on infectious and chronic diseases and advocate for healthy public policies and environmental health initiatives.
